What it tastes like

Corona NA is pale, light, and mild. The beer part is simple: soft grain, gentle bubbles, very little bitterness. Add lime and it becomes more convincing, because that is how many people drink Corona anyway.

When I would buy it

I would buy Corona NA for tacos, chips, guacamole, grilled fish, beach food, pool days, and summer dinners. It can also work for people who do not want the hop smell of NA IPA.

The lime matters. Without it, the beer is very mild; with it, the whole thing works better with tacos and beach food.

Who should skip it

Skip Corona NA if you want bitterness, malt, roast, or a beer that tastes interesting on its own. Bitburger, Clausthaler, Athletic Run Wild, or Guinness 0 will give you more to think about.

What to compare it with

Heineken 0.0 tastes more like a standard international lager. Corona NA tastes more tied to lime, sun, and simple food. If I had tacos and lime on the table, Corona is the one I would grab.
